Newborn baby photo session

We encourage you to book your newborn photo session as early as possible, so we can allocate space in our diary around your due date.  We can only take bookings for a few newborn shoots each week so we can give flexibility to fit in with each baby’s actual arrival time, as we appreciate very few actually arrive on their due date!

We like to take your baby’s newborn photos as soon as possible after birth, ideally by the end of the first week, but certainly by 14 days old in order to achieve the best results, so do let us know as soon as you can and we can arrange your appointment at a time to suit you.  The younger your baby is, the easier it is for us to obtain those wonderfully cute sleepy portraits of your baby.  After about 14 days we tend to find your baby is more alert, more awake, more hungry (and more noisy generally) and thus more difficult for us to take that special photograph.

The resulting images will then be prepared and enhanced and the best of these will be available for your viewing, giving you a choice of approximately 20-30 fantiastic images to choose from.

From time to time we do have some last minute availability, so even if your baby has just arrived please do phone and see if we can help.

Pricing

Newborn photo session fee £250 to book your newborn session please click the Booking Form

This includes my time and talent taking the photographs, post production work, preparing the images for your viewing, an online gallery or a personal viewing. It also includes props that we will bring with us to use at your session.

All images will be airbrushed and scars and blemishes removed if required.

All prints and digital images are available to purchase separately.

We have a wide range of frames and albums for your photographs to suit all budgets.

Payment for your newborn session is due at the time of booking in order to guarantee a space.

The session fee does not include prints or other products. Prints, albums and files etc are sold seperately.

Don’t worry if your plans change for any reason – your newborn session booking fee can be transferred to any of our other products.
